I didn’t spend $50 on crack.

Every Sunday evening our shelter has a church service where anyone can come and enjoy. We try to make it a fun, non judgemental environment where people can experience God’s love. In-between singing/worship we take up our offering and also open the service up to testimonies.

One gentlemen got up and grabbed the mic. This is not the first time, but as always I wonder what he will say.

“I spent $50 not on crack. I spent it on laundry and food for my house.” For some people this might not be a big deal, but for him it was a huge step forward.

This is an awesome testimony of how God starts to change and mold us. Praise God!
